Kale smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups lightly packed chopped kale leaves, stems removed

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 frozen medium banana, cut into chunks

  • 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple pieces

  • 1 to 3 tsp honey, to taste


Directions


  1. Add all ingredients (kale, almond milk, banana, yogurt, pineapple and honey) to a blender in the order listed.

  2. Blend until smooth. Add more milk as needed to reach desired consistency.

  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!

  • Milk Substitute: Use any milk of choice, such as oat, coconut, or dairy milk.

  • Sweetness Adjustment: Add more or less honey based on taste preference.
