Egg-bites
Ingredients
6 large eggs
½ cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, feta, or Swiss)
½ cup cooked veggies (spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.)
¼ cup cooked bacon or diced ham (optional)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
Preheat Oven Preheat to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a muffin tin or use silicone muffin cups.
Whisk the Eggs In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Add Fillings Divide cheese, veggies, and meat (if using) evenly into each muffin cup.
Pour the egg mixture over the fillings.
Bake Bake for 20-25 minutes until set and slightly golden on top.
Let cool for a few minutes before removing.
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for later!
